Our goal is to work with you to determine the cause of your injury or feeling of discomfort and give you strategies and a personalized treatment plan that focuses on your individual needs.
We utilize a combination of therapies including Chiropractic adjustments, gentle joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy (a form of Active Release Technique) acupuncture, ultrasound, interferential current, orthotics, ergonomic advice, and stretching and strengthening exercises.
