1. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home! We are happy to rebook your appointment.
2. Patients are to wait outside the clinic until their scheduled appointment time.
3. Please limit the number of items brought into the clinic to a bare minimum.
4. You are entering a health care facility and we recommend patients wear a mask and apply hand sanitizer.
5. Practitioners, patients and staff should NOT shake hands and should try to adhere to physical distancing (2m) where possible.
6. Patients should avoid touching their faces and limit touching surfaces and objects that are unnecessary.
7. If patients need to cough or sneeze at any point, they are to advise the practitioner as soon as possible and direct it into a tissue or their sleeve at the elbow. Throw tissues away immediately and they will be required to sanitize again.
